Terms and conditions
- In case you will not fulfil the contract, you have to pay the 01 months instalment and you have to give the car back to us in same condition as we give you.
- Fines you have to pay within the 02 days.
- You have to pay instalments on your agreements starts and you have 02 days more to pay your instalments.
- 200 dirhams per day will be charged for delaying instalment.
- In case of major accident, you are responsible for the excess amount of accident ask by insurance company of the car.
- Without police report we will not entertain you about car repaired by insurance company.
- Salik, you have to pay by the end of every month.
- I am hereby agreeing with the above mention conditions and I will fulfil all of these if not company will take legal action against me.
- Renter should not sub rent out the car to other peoples.
- Car only used in the border limit of United Arab Emirates only.
